Privacy Policy

This page states plainly what Hotel Signature Inn Gaya collects through this website, why, and where it goes. There is no backend, database or account system behind this site — the enquiry forms are the only data this website collects.

When you submit an enquiry or booking-request form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, message and — where the form asks for it — an optional email address, or an event date and guest count for event enquiries. Every form also carries a hidden field used only to catch automated spam submissions; it collects nothing about you.

We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site. There is no online payment or booking engine.

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded by email to Hotel Signature Inn Gaya's inbox (signatureinngaya@gmail.com) so that staff can respond to your enquiry. Web3Forms is not used for anything beyond this delivery — we do not use it to build a marketing list or contact you for any purpose other than the enquiry you submitted.

Web3Forms retains a copy of each submission on its own systems for 30 days, after which it is deleted from their side. The delivered email itself remains in the hotel's inbox for as long as that mailbox keeps it.

This site does not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts, and does not set tracking cookies. If analytics is added in future to understand site traffic, it will be the only tracking beyond the enquiry forms described above, and this page will be updated to say so.

Submitted information is shared with Web3Forms only as needed to deliver the email, and with Hotel Signature Inn Gaya's own staff who handle enquiries. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your information with any other third party.
