Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations, refunds and no-shows are handled for room bookings and for banquet and event bookings at Hotel Signature Inn Gaya.

Rooms

Room bookings

Free cancellation Up to 7 days before arrival

Inside that window 25% charge

Refunds processed within 7 days

Cancellations inside 7 days of arrival are charged 25% of the booking amount.

Changing dates

Early check-in 50% of the room rate

Late check-out 50% of the room rate

Banquet & events

Event dates are held on an advance payment, and refunded on a fixed schedule if the event is cancelled.

25% of the booking amount at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due one week before the event date.

50% of the advance payment is refunded on cancellation; the remaining 50% is retained.

Need to change something

Cancellations and changes are handled directly by reception — there is no online booking system to manage this yourself.
